Distance Issues
Most of Siyin and Zhishun's guests were from their home town of Changde, but the place they wanted to hold their wedding was in Shanghai, a long distance in between, and it took them half a day to get there by car.
In order to solve the possible personnel discrepancies caused by the distance to the wedding, Siyin and Zhishun decided to inform the guests on the invitation letter to arrive one day in advance to attend the wedding in time.
Specialized Need
Siyin and Zhishun were brought up by their grandparents, so they had a deep affection for their grandparents that a large proportion of their guests were elderly.
Therefore, for most of the elderly mobility, the hotels needed to give them the corresponding help. Siyin and Zhishun's wedding designer contacted the hotel staff in advance to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the elderly in terms of seating arrangements and personnel services.
